Z národního parku Timanfaya jsme pokračovali dále na jih Lanzarote, abychom se podívali na krásně zářivě zelenou vodu jezírka v zátoce El Golfo. Cestou jsme potkali „salinas“ (rozuměj plantáž na sůl, nevím, jak se tomu říká česky) a taky krásně oceánem ohlodané skály. Tuze pěkné..
Večer na nás čekaly dvě kila ryb. Ano, teď už vím, že pro tři lidi je tohle kvantum opravdu příliš. Nicméně vám můžu s hrdostí sdělit, že jsme s Matěm již absolutní experti v přípravě ryb (očistit, vykuchat, upéct). Tímto také děkuji Maťovi za pomoc v poněkud polních podmínkách (díky nefunkčnímu světlu v kuchyni surfhousu jsme ryby čistili a kuchali na ulici pod lampou a na první pokus nám při pečení vznikla napůl pečinka a na půl sushi) a uděluji mu čestný titul freestyle kuchaře za vykuchání Velkýho bráchy (to je ta oranžova gigantická potvora ;) ).
From the Timanfaya National Park we continued to the south of Lanzarote to look at the beautiful bright green water of pond in the bay of El Golfo. Along the way we met „salinas“ (read plantation on salt, don’t knot how it is called in english) and also rock nicely gnawed by ocean. Very nice..
In the evening we were waiting for two pounds of fish. Yes, now I know that this quantity is for three people too much. However, I can proudly say that Maťo and I are definitely experts in preparing fish (clean, gut, bake). I also wanna say Thank you, Maťo, for helping me in not adequate conditions (due to inefficient light in the kitchen of surfhouse we had to clean fish on the street under some lamp and our first attempt of baking was a little bit sushi) and impart I award him title of Freestyle cook for cleaning the Big brother (that’s the giant oranže monster ;) ).
